These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and cb777i ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cb777i website located at https://cb777i.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein.
By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the cb777i platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
These Terms apply to all users of cb777i, including registered account holders, guest visitors and any other persons who access the platform regardless of the method of access — desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application interface. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3.2.2 Pakistani users are specifically advised that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable legislation may restrict or prohibit certain gambling activities. cb777i is not licensed, authorised or regulated by any Pakistani governmental authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory body.
3.2.3 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful under all laws and regulations applicable to you personally, including but not limited to those of Pakistan and any other jurisdiction in which you are physically located at the time of access.
3.3.1 You represent that you are acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party. Accounts registered or operated on behalf of another person are prohibited.
3.3.2 You must not register an Account if you are already subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or if you have been previously banned from the Platform for any reason.
4.1.1 To access the full range of features on cb777i, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.
4.1.2 You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. cb777i shall not be held liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.
4.2.1 Each individual User is permitted to hold one active Account on the Platform at any time. Creating or operating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2.2 cb777i uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts, including device fingerprinting, IP address analysis and payment method cross-referencing. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cb777i reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets and forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.
4.3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.3.2 You must notify cb777i immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. cb777i will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4.1 cb777i may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or upon request. KYC documentation may include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as your CNIC), proof of address and proof of payment method.
4.4.2 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. cb777i reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all requested documentation has been reviewed and approved.
5.1.1 The cb777i Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of placing bets, participating in permitted gaming activities and accessing associated information services.
5.1.2 You agree to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Platform.
5.2.1 You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser or application meets the technical requirements necessary to access the Platform. cb777i makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
5.2.2 cb777i reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the Platform at any time for maintenance, security updates or other operational reasons, with or without prior notice.
6.1.1 cb777i references a range of familiar Pakistani payment tools in its platform documentation, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast Instant Transfer, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital Banking, Meezan Bank Mobile Banking, Bank Alfalah Digital and BTC/USDT cryptocurrency. These references are provided as contextual information only. None of the named payment providers endorses, supports or is affiliated with cb777i or online gambling activities.
6.1.2 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 1,000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. cb777i reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time.
6.2.1 Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals from Real Money Balance that is not subject to any wagering requirement may be requested at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.
6.2.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 2,500 unless otherwise specified. Processing times vary depending on the selected withdrawal method and may take between one and five business days.
6.2.3 cb777i reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above PKR 100,000, which may extend the processing timeline.
6.3.1 By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. cb777i operates in accordance with anti-money laundering principles and may request source-of-funds documentation at its discretion.
Payment provider names (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are familiar local references only and are not partners, endorsers or affiliates of cb777i. Their inclusion does not imply any form of support for gambling activities.
7.1.1 cb777i may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, as well as these General Terms.
7.1.2 Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
7.2.1 Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in automatic forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
7.2.2 Not all bet types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets placed on events with odds below a specified minimum, and certain casino game categories, may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all. Contribution rates will be specified in each promotion's terms.
7.3.1 cb777i actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using duplicate accounts, placing opposing bets to artificially clear wagering requirements (bonus hedging), or exploiting technical errors in the Platform's bonus calculation system.
7.3.2 Where bonus abuse is identified, cb777i reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings, suspend the relevant Account and pursue recovery of any funds withdrawn as a result of abusive activity.
7.4.1 Promotional offers are available to eligible registered Users only, unless otherwise stated. cb777i reserves the right to exclude any User from a promotion at its discretion, and to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
8.1.1 All bets placed on cb777i are final once confirmed by the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts and other details prior to confirmation. cb777i will not accept claims based on user error after a bet has been confirmed.
8.1.2 Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all bet types and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant market interface and are subject to change at cb777i's discretion.
8.2.1 Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to bet placement. The odds that apply to your bet are those displayed and confirmed at the moment your bet is accepted by the Platform, not the odds at which you initially selected the market.
8.2.2 cb777i covers a wide range of sports markets including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC international tournaments, international football, UFC and combat sports, and live in-play betting. Market availability is subject to change and may be affected by scheduling, regulatory or operational factors.
8.3.1 A bet may be declared void where: the relevant event is abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement period; an obvious pricing error has occurred; the event outcome has been subject to manipulation or match-fixing; or any other circumstance arises that renders settlement impossible or inequitable.
8.3.2 In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the User's Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds used in a voided bet are returned to the Bonus Balance.
8.4.1 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of a bet, the User must contact cb777i support within 30 days of the event settlement date. Disputes raised outside this window will not be considered.

9.2 If you believe your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, you are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility, set binding account limits or contact our support team. 9.3 cb777i reserves the right to apply responsible gambling restrictions to any Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the User may be at risk of gambling-related harm, including but not limited to enforcing deposit limits, requesting a break from play or initiating a mandatory cooling-off period.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cb777i Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:
11.1 All content on the cb777i Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of cb777i or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform; modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
11.3 The cb777i name, logo and all associated branding are trademarks of cb777i. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is prohibited.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cb777i and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.
12.2 cb777i does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.3 cb777i accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform. Betting involves risk and past performance of any market, team or event is not indicative of future results.
12.4 In all circumstances, cb777i's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 cb777i reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cb777i will provide reasonable notice through the Platform interface, by email to your registered address, or by other appropriate means.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
13.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cb777i holds its operating licence. Users from Pakistan and other jurisdictions access the Platform subject to the laws of the Platform's licensing jurisdiction, which may differ from the laws of Pakistan.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provisions dictate otherwise.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit your rights under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, to the extent that such legislation applies and cannot be contractually excluded.
